2020 – Distant Horizons

In this series the colours become brighter and more layered, and the marks bolder and more abstracted, as I explore more about expressing the feeling of a landscape rather than representing a particular scene or place.

In some, the distant horizon is lost as the marks and shapes of emotion become more dominant.
