From the collection: ‘Distant Horizons’.
When you walk the hills here, you are always aware of the wind in your hair. The clouds are rarely still: speeding across the sky on the soughing wind. And sometimes they come so low, that as you walk into the mist, you become wet as if it’s raining.
This is one of a series of four paintings where I enjoyed experimenting with mixed media, collage and sweeping marks to evoke the feeling of wind and space.
This work is framed behind glass so will need to be collected or couriered.
