Description
Part of the collection: ‘Tranquility in the Wilderness’.
In the North of Pembrokeshire, the rock type becomes volcanic, and the landscape more rugged. I love walking along the coast where craggy, rocky outcrops, suddenly push up the landscape. They create mini-mountains covered in heather and gorse. The shapes and colours are varied and beautiful, and they make wonderful, windy vantage points for sitting and looking at the sea. I always feel really alive as the wind whips at my hair and the sea crashes below.
This is an acrylic painting on stretched deep box canvas.
