Description
I live on the hills above the Tywi Valley in Carmarthenshire. It contrasts beautifully with the Beacons to the East. The mountains are sheer, majestic and imposing in their beauty. The Tywi Valley however, is gentler, bordered by rolling green hills, the fields marked out with hedgerows and woodlands like a verdant patchwork quilt. It is a joy to behold every day.
This piece is acrylic with oil pastel on wooden panel. It is finished with self-levelling gel and cold wax for a soft sheen.
