2021 – Freedom Found
Lockdown brought a year without exhibitions and art fairs, allowing more time for exploration and experimentation. This collection has a rather eclectic feel to it, as I’ve used new and different techniques in my work.
Not being able to get out into the landscape I love so much has created a feeling of yearning in these pieces: colours have become saturated and marks broader, as my memory of being there intensifies the experiences and feelings I had.
