Description
Even in the middle of winter, the hills where I live are full of colour. The rich russets of the bracken fronds, the yellows of the moorland grasses and the deep purples of the late heathers. They really are a joy to behold, even on the murkiest of winter’s days.
This piece is a diptych consisting of two 50 x 50cm canvases that evoke the expanse of these wonderful mountain moorlands.
It can also be purchased as two individual paintings: please message or e mail me if this is the option you would like to choose.
